changed shocks and springs

Hi,
Iv just changed all shocks and springs on my golf. I know i will now need to get the camber set up, but when i took it for a drive the steering wheel is now not center. How can this be?

Nothing else was disturbed when changing the suspension.

That figures any work on the suspension will alter tracking and on our cars the camber as well .

Have the camber set then have the tracking checked and adjusted if required , or just re-centre the steering wheel .

As a matter of interest what kind of set did you use? Lowered/ sports or standard? If its standard where did you get the bits from?

It was a set of gmax.  Lowers the car by about 30 mm.
