Brake / drive shaft upgrade for Mk1 with Vr6 conversion
Hi, i am new to this forum and the modification level of this type, so any help would be much appreciated.
i purchased a Mk1 campaign golf, one of the later A reg with steel sunroof , the car is a partial modification and i would love to see this back on the road
soi am either going to attempt to finish or sell if its too difficult, for someone else to enjoy
it has the Vr6 engine fitted, all wired in to dash, starts and all dash lights work.
problem is the brakes, the car came with lots of spare parts, which should finish the build!, but i cannot find any images of what parts would be best fitted and how to upgrade the brakes front and rear.
it also came with different drive shafts (not connected) which i was told could be bolted on directly, again not sure.
also what is the best fuel pump for this
i know i have asked a lot of questions, and any help on them would be a start.

brakes you can buy bolt on adaptors for mk3 pre-986 and golf g60 280mm calipers and carriers, ebay or caddy forum.
driveshafts you'll want late cabrio/rocco 100mm ones
fuel pump the mk1 gti pump is more than good enough, its over-spec if anything
