bad brakes
my brakes arnt the best in the world , i have a 89 1800 cabby , how can i make them better , if i put a different servo on it will it make a difference?

Also.......when was the car last serviced and what did you see, replace or adjust when you checked out the brakes, etc? When was the fluid last bled or changed?

New fluid will make a difference, especially if the old stuff has not been bled for a while. Also, every service (6 months) the drums should be removed, cleaned up inside and reassembled and the calipers should be removed and the pads taken out and put back in again, to inspect and clean all around. I suspect a lot of other people miss out checking the brakes at service too, and think its all about oil and filters!
