Yorkshire convoy to Blackpool meet

Hi all,

Please post on here if you want to join us on a convoy to the blackpool meet, for those of you who have not seen the post for the blackpool meet its on the 4th of september. full details are here

The Mk1 Golf Owners Club

we went last year and it was ace really good laugh and driving throught the lights with the roof down was fantastic.

rough details are.

13:30 - 14:00hrs : Meet B & Q @ Bamber Bridge (end of M65)

14:00 - 16:00 : Run up the coast to Fleetwood via Lytham, St Annes-on-Sea, Blackpool, Cleveleys

Whilst in Fleetwood we'll be attempting to set a new Drive-Thru record up at Freeport (chance for a bit of shopping  )

Pitch and Putt for those who want to, or a stroll etc etc etc

19:00ish - Set off back towards Blackpool to take in the Illuminations then arrive in St Annes for chips and stuff at the Seafarers Restaurant (approx 21:30hrs)

Yorkshire convoy to meet at the Heartshead moor services west bound at 12:00 leaving around 12:30.

hi kim thanks for the info see you at hartshead 12ish. there will be 4 of us in the car if you need numbers for the fish & chips

i have some engine running problems atm keeps cutting out when reaching temperature
if they are sorted i will attend sounds great will let you know…..car back in garage next week for metering head replacement

hi. hearthead moor services is on the west bound on the m62 after the m606 bradford turn off

We were probably going M62 M60 M61, which end of teh M66 are you, do you want to meet up at junction 9?
