Thanks to everyone that turned up.
Shame the weather was really bad - made it a bit of a short meet and didn't get to look around much.
We had no idea of the numbers that were going to be there as not many people said who would be attending.
Next time it will probably be more arranged.
Also next time we can pick a place with a pub/ food/ indoors.
I made a new post because people were just talking about it on another thread and it wasn't definate.
Sorry to the people who had to travel far to get there.
Here are a few pics from the meet:
Spot the different car…
And finally, becuase i'm sure kenny wants to see his car in there too…

cool.
im still working on a central location for the meets, have people interested from exeter to cornwall etc.
this was just a test to get peoples interest really, and show the meets are still going on.

if there was a well organised event and promoted on the caddy forum / this site / the scirocco register and the swdubs site then there could be a large watercooled meet

SWdubs know about it, Devon dubs are also aware,

art1234:- is that you andy from north cornwall
trouble is you need to cater for those down to the depths of
cornwall and bristol is along way up from down there
could do with a nice coastal location.
exmouth would be nice, nice dubs parked up
on the sea front 8)
dunno not as easy as people think
we need a proper organiser……….simon

i agree with exmouth.
lets make an all dubs type meet for sometime in the next couple months?
there either is a large carpark we can use, or on the seafront itself caters for many spaces.
maybe between us lot we can arrange it,
what days are good for everyone? saturday nights? sundays?
do we want it to be night or day?

if i remember (haven't been there fot a while)
the car park on the sea front has a nasty
speed bump/crocadile teeth, but could park on
the sea front.
nice location though
don't mind sat or sun, day or night
or if your thinking may time maybe bank holiday weekend

sunday seems to be popular with most people so far that ive asked online.
it could be a day thing where everyone pops along through the day and has a chat with people they meet, or a night meet - only disadvantage is if people want to take photos or look at the view.
is monday may the 5th a bank holiday?
We could either meet sunday, then people have the next day off, or use the monday as the day to meet.
Other than that there is the Plymouths Volksfest which is going on 2 weeks after, so people might not want to come to a meet 2 weeks in advance, or still might work on their cars.
Other than that there is April, but that has no bank holidays, not that that matters.
