Scottish Volkswagen Owners Festival - Bathgate, 26th October
Nice pics. Cracking Mk1 tin tops.
Can't wait to have a proper scottish meet, where we can all get together and put faces to the names.

I made it along and the weather didnt inspire me to hang around outside by my car for too long either. I did see your cars parked near the path to the sports centre and had a good look but no one was around.
Show was ok and was better than nothing, the new Scirocco looks amazing and the stripped out Mk2 8v with throttle boddies looked like a real weapon!
Better luck next time i guess!

show was alright actually seemed a it busier than previous years and considering the terrible parking arrangements outside was not too bad at all, good to catch up with you again "marsred", stripped out mk2 is mine and the sole reason the mk1 aint finished yet, was quite surprised how much attention the car got considering it is just a track car.

Good idea regarding the calling cards. Never even crossed my mind TBH.
Next meet will probably be 2009 when the weather picks up a bit unless there is big interest that is.
