Inter Region Karting

carrying on from lasts years successful outing to Colne….

I was thinking of doing something similar this year.

Some where like this……

The idea being that each region could enter their team (ringers are allowed).
The time and date would be chosen as a FIXED date.
The regional host would collect the NON REFUNDABLE deposit to me and I would make the booking for the FIXED time and date.

Would this be of interest to anyone?

Could your region take on the NWM and claim the 1st place prize???  Dan

Give and take a few miles you will find that Colne is almost the centre of the UK  
the actual centre of the UK is a place called Dunsop Bridge BT have put a commemorative phone box there as it being the geographical centre of the UK

Colne is about 16 miles from Dunsop Bridge in a straight line

warrington speed karting is classed as one of the best in the UK.
it is easy to get to with links from the m6 and m62 and the m56 for the welsh boys.

lawsy mate i'm sure i can put you up for the night if you don't mind my tiny house.

why not. drivers license not required. it's a great excuse to show lawsy whos faster.

Last time I went karting, the guy doing the breifing, assured me the extra weight would help round the corners, what a lie!!!!  :mrgreen: .  If your coming Tian, then I would guess the wooden spoon would be a 3 way competition between myself , Lawsy and you  :lmao:  :lmao: .

Dano, can you do some enquiring on dates/times available, so we can check which suits the majority  :wink:

can i add that warrington speedkarting is huge. the one at colne is tiny in comparision.

theres a pub round the corner that does good food too for an after race nosh.
