gloucestershire/sw meet 12th Sept

Hi All

There's a MK1 meet next Sunday at 2pm.  We're meeting at the Air Balloon pub, and hopefully there will be a few of us.

The Air Balloon is just off jct 11a M5 heading towards Oxford on A417 follow road to top (very steep hill) and pub is on roundabout.

After this we're hoping to meet the first Sunday of every month at 12noon, at different locations on the off the M5 between Somerset and top of Gloucester - suggestions welcome.

i will find out 2moro if i can make it or not, how many cars should be there ?

Sorry, its on Saturday 12th - but after that we are hoping to do Sundays.

Not sure how many cars will be there - hopefully a few.  

We can't come in my MK1 as its just getting ready for respray, trim and engine conversion, but i've plenty pics.

We are coming in a golf though.

Even if there are only a few of us to start I'm sure we can build on it.  

I'll be so glad to meet other Mk1 owners, I've got a bit obsessed since owning mine in July!!

I can't make this one, but I'll certainly be up for any future jaunts.
