We have an invitation extended from Splitterz Air-cooled club to join them for their meet on Thursday 14th September at The Horse and Groom ph, Galleywood nr Chelmsford from 7.30pm onwards.

hi mate yeah i might be up for that coming from St Albans though, it not to far but shame its on a thurs night if had of been a friday or weekend defently would of come. Do you guys go to southend at all.

HI folks, yes its Splitterz meet on Thursday and my bay is in for a new front panel so i will be Golfing it to the meet, suggested to ew that it would be nice to see a MK1 lineup as well as the regular aircooled folks at our lovely little pub.  

Its a family friendly club and the pub is cool with kids so please come along we're a friendly bunch very informal and social - a few of our members have MK1s and a couple of really nice examples at that, I'm working on getting them down too

Please note folks… you can't presently turn into watchhouse road from the Stock Road traffic lights…  access to the pub is via Goat Hall Lane only presently.  I'll try and get up there early and stick up a load of signs and arrows

Guys, Will definitely try and come but won't be in the MK 1 I'm afraid   as it is not road legal yet - beginning of next month. If you can put up with an ' ops: 05 Vectra diesel ops:  cramping your style I'll see if I can swing it!!
