Anyone going to Ashby Folville tonight?

Hi all,
There is a classic car meet at Ashby Folville tonight and i was just wondering whether anyone from the club will be going?

Had a look at it mate but there was a few bits i needed to do to the golf and didnt have time!

It was a very good show, i was surprised at how many cars were there.

There were only 3 mk1's there though, i spoke to 2 of the owners and gave them a card for the club. Here are the pics of the golfs -





Its probably gone be on again next month as well so maybe we should organise a meet if anyone is interested?
I will be going next month as well, i need to bring the golf down as it is currently back at home still.

Might be able to go to the next one. Theres going to be another meet soon anyway. Keep an eye on the " Regional " section.

Its that time again, there is another meet at Ashby Folville tonight.
I think i might be going again, unfortunately not in the Golf as it is still at home.

We might be up for that. (subject to last minute work nightmares!) Popped down this month, but arrived pretty late. It was before the mk1 purchase, and the 'rocco wasn't finished, so we were there in the daily. … we'll definately have one of 'em running and legal by july though!

There's always somthing that needs to be done. I damaged my lower strut brace recently on a manhole cover that was in a lump in the road. Running the car too low! That needs taking off and fixing. Better that than the sump though…

I am going in July, need to ensure shes tip top for the run the AGM, lets hope the brakes hold up they are in desperate need of some attention!

This is on tomorrow night… We'll be there (indigo cab/grey roof/snowflakes) Anyone else going???
