** Milton Keynes - Last meet before AGM - Tues 6th July **

We know this is the best Regional MK1OC meet. Lets keep it that way.

What does 2010 Milton Keynes Region have to offer. Curry night, Rolling Road, Treasure Hunt, Show & Shine, and representing the club on National and Local shows throughout the year.

Q. Where do i park?
A. In the car park next to the other Mk1`s (first left as you go in)

Q. What if my Mk1 isnt on the road just yet?
A. Come along anyway, there is a great source of knowledge and a local member may have spare parts

Q. Will my car be photographed and put on this fantastic website?
A. Yes, Spudfingers will have is camera ready for snaps. You may even be videoed and up on You Tube

Note.. Please add to the thread if you need contact with Spudfingers as he is responsible for 70% of the posts on this thread

With this being the last meet before the AGM, there's no reason not to be there!!  Any newbies come along and say hi.  You'll then know people before you head off to the AGM later that month.

July's meet is also the drive thru challenge so please be at the meet point (the pub) for 8pm.  We will then get a convoy to the nearest fast food place.  The challenge is to get the most unbroken line of mk1's through the drive thru.  Other regions are getting involved so lets take the kudos before the AGM  :mrgreen: .  I will be taking my cam-corder so we can record the evidence.  This may spark a you-tube frenzy with other car owner web-sites  joining in over youtube  :mrgreen: …… an internet sensation lol.

I think my problems started when my dad told me to lick a square battery and I went back for seconds  8O ……please tell me I'm not the only one that's done this!?!?  I also used to think freckles where little bits of chocolate…. I was seen many-a-time sitting there licking and biting my own arms….. should I be saying this on a public forum    lol

They swapped the the 1.1 for a spudwok wheel, just need a wok to run it

Yup the swap went well, however I can't say what's in it, you will have to wait and see- good things come to those who wait!! :wink: Only problem now is that it keeps destroying cv joints! Gotta love it though! :mrgreen:

i will be there this time as i get back from my honeymoon on the monday and dont go back to work till the wednesday

did you get your cabby from dunstable? it was forsale in Houghton Regis Car sales then it was owned by a guy down my girlfriends road for a short while then it went, i assume thats when you bought it? nice example it looked like!
