- If there is an option and someone else willing to step forward as 2nd Regional Hosts per region its a massive help.
When I had myself and arf333 doing it, it meant we could split task, I would concentrate on generating stuff or forum, Scott would do FB and other sites etc. I would try and sort stand application forms and passes, Scott would plan route and meeting points etc, IMO works really well

Yo
m00
how's it goin mate. Congrats on the appointment
I am indeed still running the Cornish division. With a little bit of help from kamikaze cabby
1. What is the average number of people that attend the meet?
We average around 7 or so.
2. How often do you hold the meet?
Once every couple of months. We fit around people's shift patterns and other commitments. We also join other meets held by other Cornish clubs of either a classic car or vow nature
3. How often do you have new members join?
Whenever we find them lurking in the countryside!
4. Do you regularly attend shows as a region? If so, which ones?
We always have a stand at the CVOC Jamboree which is the biggest show in Cornwall. Pic cries are on another device unfortunately. kamikaze cabby
Can you chuck up some pics pls?
Unfortunately we are still waiting for a flag or banner or something so we do have to explain who we are and what club we are!
We also attended Totally VAG this year.
Check out our Facebook page for more details etc.
5. Anything else you'd like me to know?
Please, please, please, please, please can we have a flag or banner or something!?!?!?!?!?!

Hi
m00
and all
Just got a message to say yes I'm now the London Region Host and happy to take on the appointment For those that don't know I also run the London Cartel and present the WestsideVW show so will try and do the club justice where possible and post up all our meets and show outings , Mk1 specific events we currently do the Mk1 London Cruise which most of you have prob already seen is the biggest meet of Mk1's in the UK and is growing bigger and bigger everytime.
We did spend a big budget on the last one so that may have helped with the next few events we have set out in 2016.
We go to nearly every single main I would say more the new generation Vag shows in the rather then the old school classic ones - Westside - Edition38 - MIVW ( Holland) - VW Days (France) - ShowAndGlow and more
I won't say much more or post up loads of photos as the below link will prob fill you in on what we currently do.http://vwgolfmk1.org.uk/forum/index.php?page=topicview&id=show-meet-pictures-and_2%2Fthe-mk1-london-cruise
I also do not have any club branding watsoever so if I could get a list of what is available please .

Why isn't there a Yorkshire region?
And don't you dare group it with the North West/East.
