Milton Keynes regional meet

Hi all, if you live in and around the Milton Keynes area and would like to meet other club members then please read on. 

Where do we meet - ? Milton Keynes Football Stadium 
If you enter the stadium between KFC and McDonald's, turn right in front of the stadium, so McDonald's is on your right and go straight over the mini roundabout in to the car park area.

What day do we meet- ? Typically the first Monday of the month, bank holidays tend to be the following week so just check January, May and September as they tend to be the odd months

What time do we meet -? In the carpark at 7.30 to 8.00 

What happens at a meet -? Well, we tend to meet in the carpark and then we go into TGI Fridays at 8.00. The regulars tend to all have a bite to eat and a chat. If you just want a soft drink or a beer then please feel free to join us ( you don't have to eat the food )

If you were expecting to eat a McFlurry and do donuts in the carpark this might not be the meet for you !!

Who will you meet -?  me, Ant, Ant5 a member since 2005, been involved with the club and now looks after MK region I have 2 Mk1's and love a project

Rajan, Dubboy Rajan was one of the original guys that started the club, and has a wealth of knowledge anything and everything Vw 

Mark, Funkstar Mark has been coming to the meets as long as I can remember and we have the benefit of mark being the owner of Classic Vw in Aylesbury so advice fixing and improving your mk1 is available 

Kate Dianes, Kate is one of the regulars she has the best of both worlds owning a tin top and a cabriolet, 

Charles good friend of both Rajan and Myself has an amazing mk1 Scirocco very knowledgable on technical aspects of mk1 golfs

Andy Hairyarse, Andy has been involved with the club for many years ( more than me ) and has great knowledge In buying and selling and rebuilding mk1's

There are obviously other regular members, that attend each month so please feel free to pop down say hi and talk golf or just talk

Monday 3rd June we are meeting 

We still meet same time same place. Next meet is February 3rd 2020. Would be good to see some new faces, or even old faces that haven't been down for ages

Do you still meet the first monday of the month at the same place as its been 2 years since the last post?

Hi Allblack, yes still first Monday of the month but restaurant changes depending on availability of members

The car park described above is currently close so we tend to park at the Primark side of the stadium 

Message us at the end of the month and we will know exact location

Do these meet still happen the first Monday of the month? - so tomorrow?

If so is it still the same time and place? - I've just got my MK1 GTI back from the restorers (literally yesterday 01.06.23) and would love to bring her down for opinion and chat etc.
