PROJECT RAT FUNK

Post

2.3 V5 MK1 .

High, not new here 2 posts in 17 years, had loads of different Vws , currently building this mk1 I bought as a blasted and primmed rolling shell around 4 years ago from a good mate who passed.
It had lay in a garage with a leaky roof before he had it for a few years so its a bit ratty, but solid enough .
Im using all the stuff i have collected for years to build it , so it will be ratfink style, but hopefully have a nice interior.
I managed to get a stRipped beetle v5 and  im currently taking the engine and wiring out of it for the mk1 .
Trying to build this on a budget and swaping stuff for the things i need.
Felix Malahoo has set me a challenge to get to the AGM at the end of next month, we shall see, its alot of work .
It will most certainly not be painted in time, if i can get it mooving under its own steam and stopping I will be a happy man.
I wll post progres pics as i go along, peace C. 0a a a a 1aaa.jpg mk1111111.jpg
