K-Jetronic to Carb conversion

Hi all, is there any such thing a 'guide to converting from a K-Jetronic to Carb' for a 1991 1.8 16v?

No such thing as a 1991 1.8 16v,  all mk1,s are 8v (afaik)

Also never heard of anyone fitting a carb to a 16v, normally twin carbs would be fitted..to make use of the better breathing 16 v head..

Don't think it's the original engine and it's definitely a MK1 with a 16v engine, carb/carbs 🤷🏽.
Anyone done it? Just looking for some advice.

Well you will need to find a pair of probably weber twin 40,s, a suitable manifold, if its all k-jet then the fuel pressure will be too high,  so a fuel pump and possibly a pressure regulator to suit carbs for starters..

Should have said i believe bike carbs are favoured by many, probably cheaper but the same applies..
