Chortles Project Green Rivage. New roof time.....
How does the carpet come out at the sides around the seat belt anchors and also there are 2 plastic caps with slots in them that hold it to the side bits, how Di these come off?
Cheers

Fitted membranes to the doors.
Rebuilt the doors back up.
Swapped the old steering wheel over which I will refurb later.
Picked a wheel up for a tenner ages ago, leather too and seen these in the Rivage. So refurbed that the other day.
Out with the old
Looking worn in places.
In with the new.
Dash vent kit fitted
Tidied the interior up a bit. Still need to address the carpet though.
Gave her a wash n brush up.
Still needs the paint doing and the hood, but was fed of her looking unloved.

Fixed horn, heated seat on drivers side seems to be on all the time so need to see if the switch is bust or faulty relay somehow.
Also new windscreen. Need to tidy up fuse box too at some point after all the poking about.
4 new tyres.

Are you going to change the needles colour on the dash back to white, only the Sportlines had red needles?

Good to hear from you fella, yes thanks so much for your help. Owe you some beer token if your coming to the AGM?
Bit far for you, but be good to have a chat and a beer or two.
Just been trying to sort mine out lol.
Getting there now, just a bit of paint to do.
Going to replace the bonnet as it looks like someone has break danced all over it and it's going to be easier to paint all the new bits I have lime the bumper, body kit etc and just swap em when I am ready. That way I can still use the car.
All we need is some sunshine, a few good dry days do we can all crack on.
How's your spotless Rivage?
Hope your good fella.

Mine is a bit dirty at the moment, due to Errol car show, need to clean arches etc
I've put photos up on Regional/Scottish meets.
It was a great show though
Won't be able to make it to the AGM, unfortunately due to holidays.
Keep the good work up, looks stunning so far
Cheers

These are the Rivage decals Dave! Turned out very nice.
Cannot wait to get them on my car..
Pity your not coming AGM
Bought a windblokker the other week off the forum, got it at the right money to be fair as it was missing straps and it was damaged in parts. Worse of all it was Grey.
I thought it must be of use to someone..So I decided to have it.
All ready having a windblokker anyway I thought cannot be too difficult to replicate whats missing.
It arrived and I could see the issues straight away. So a quick trip round E bay and less than a tenner later I had all the stuff I needed.
I gave it good clean etc and used the special soap to get the muck off it.
The damaged areas were stitched under neath and then a vinyl patch was glued on, cut out an old hood.
So now let's deal with the color..
Next I masked the netting up and the straps that weren't removable.
I gave the vinyl a couple of coats of the special paint I used on the seats, so it now matches and is beige.
The missing straps were replicated and new press studs put on.
New roll over bar straps made up from velcro.
And in place on the roll bar..
Seat strap fitted around leg..
Windblokker in place..
Nice.. lol.
