After selling my last caddy due to lack of time to do any work on it (and more rust that I felt that I can cope with) i manage to snap up another one!
It appears to be very solid, previous owner has lowered it (to within and inch of the floor) but my plans are to raise it up a bit so that I can use it daily.
There is no engine in the caddy at the moment, but there are a few supplied with it, and I have a few in my collection already - just need to decide what to put in it!
Will try and keep this updated on a weekly basis

OK - so time for a little update, I swapped the caddy for a 205GTI over the Christmas period…and have bought the caddy back today!
I have changed the wheels, so that it now has 4 matching wheels with good tyres. The front bearings were grumbling a lot, so the front hubs are off, will be blasted, powdercoated, new bearings and put back on along with new track rod ends, ball joints and lower arms and bushes - which should make a difference.
A 1.9D 1Y engine has been sourced so that will be fitted next
