Your work looks excellent and you wouldn't recognise the car now bar the registration plate!! lol
You must be really pleased with it?

Somehow the final picture looks a bit familiar…

Wow that looks great 😃
What underlay is that what you have used? Also have you got a carpet yet as I'm looking for one at the moment and wondered where if you have one you think of the quality ?
Cheers
Hi, I bought the underlay off ebay, its pretty thick and comes in a big roll and just cut to size, I have a new carpet from Newton Commercial as the old carpet had lots of corrosion stains on it, I have fitted it and it looks a treat, just not totally finished the floor yet incase theres any wiring problems when I introduce the battery again. Thanks

I've sat on a 1.8 gti for 6 years that that needs far less welding and I'm contemplating scrapping it! The only reason I don't is its my other car's younger brother in regards to its number plate similarity. I need to find someone like yourself that's willing to take it on!

Fair play for taking that on. I think I would have scrapped it.!

Just checked the link out Graham. I'd forgotten you had that. Had forgotten what you looked like dressed as a man too!
