Mk1 cabby parts needed

Can anyone help with the following parts?
The thing is, I live in Ireland so anyone in the UK would have to be willing to post them (at my cost obviously).
Anyway, here's the list.

1. N.S. manual window regulator.
2. Plastic cover that sits over the heater air inlet and wiper motor to stop the damn car filling up with water.
3. One front seatbelt buckle/stalk thing and mounting bolt.

4)Decent pair of black wiper arms without worn out splines.

Thanks for the link but there's nothing I ne3ed in his listing so if you can help me with any of my list, please let me know.
I picked up one of the seats promised to me with the car yesterday and it's renewed my enthusiasm which had stalled a little while trying to get some of the basics sorted.
