Mk1 5 speed linkage

Hi guys, I need part of the gear linkage for my mk1 as the guy who owned it before put the 4 speed linkage in -.-

Does anyone have the relay leaver? It's a little bit that sits on the side of the gear box and it holds the two linkage rods? Need one desperately!
