Yet another new one!

Hi there, just a quick hello. Sportline cab ( the wife's!) owned for six years. Only recently started to tidy it up! Been reading this site for ages lots of useful tips, most found too late! I have installed new rear suspension, brakes, wheel bearings. Also new exhaust, clutch. Replaced the fuel filler neck and fusebox (thanks to crazyquiff) New mohair hood and headliner and rear frame. Just replaced the head gasket valve stem oil seals and lapped the valves. Got the bodywork to do. It has had several poor patch up jobs. All the paintwork has dulled, numerous car park rashes with damage to the arches. Rusting in a few places round the front windscreen due to tool damage during replacement I guess. Will upload a photo when I find a complimentary piccie!

Also owned a MKII 16v, other car is a Mk3 16v.

Happy to answer questions, but got plenty of my own!

Trying to save up to remove the head again and get it checked as the engine ran brilliantly for 1 week but now the pround owner of emulsified oil again with rough running. I will post the whole saga in the big block engine section. Thanks, Dan.
