Greetings from Nottingham! Has anyone seen this car?

Hello! My name is Matt and I am searching for a rather specific MK1 Golf GTI that as far as I can tell still exists… the question is where! This car was bought new by my girlfriend's dad in 1983, and I am really hoping to locate this car again! Any help on the matter would be massively appreciated! The car's registration is SVP 491Y, pictured below as it was in 1984. Thank you in advance!
