Newbie in Yorkshire, looking for mk1 GTi

Good morning everyone
I just wanted to say hi to everyone, newbie on the site.
Just sold my old VW Camper and I have decided to scratch the itch of owning a mk1 GTi.
I am based in Yorkshire and have owned various cars over the years but preferring classics now.

Hello mate,  I'm also new on here…… not new to Golf's as I've had a few over the decades but never a MK1.

I'm also in Yorkshire,  I'm still looking for the right car at the right money and I'm hoping to get to a few shows this year as well as a few meets to see what's about.

I'm considering selling mine, and I'm probably not too far away in Cumbria.
