SW member 'brinkster' says hello...

Been on here for a while, but never actually got round to posting a hello in this section.

Been into older vw's for years really. Bought a navy blue 1300 mk1 after 1 year of driving in 1990 & have enjoyed playing around with them ever since!  
Some of these photo's are scans of old prints so excuse the quality. (and some of the questionable styling touches!)

Just sold my most recent gti:


but have this morning picked up a series 1 in silver as my next project.  :wink:

Yes, the last car is my old edition one G60. I worked for 10 years in Austria/Germany & bought 2 G60's while I was there.

The silver one with the black audi handles was also a g60




My white mk1 has just been sold a few weeks ago, here's a couple more pics.




I will start a thread in the members cars section with a few pics of my series 1 as it progresses.  8)
