New to Forum - Mk1 Racer
Hi all.
I've been racing a Mk1 Golf in Classic Touring cars for five years now. Hoping to find some advice and buy/sell parts on here.

Mine's got lots of kit on it including a full set of new adjustable Ledas - but I DON'T run a front strut brace.

Scholar engine with Schrick one piece valves, Kent race cam, lightened, flowed, balanced, adjustable vernier, ported manifold, 4-1 race manifold and exhaust.
Close ratio gear set with 3.9 CWP, quaife diff.
Safety Devices roll cage welded in, cut offs, plumbed in extinguisher, Sparco seat and 3" harnesses.
Leda fully adjustables all round, corner weighted and set up by them. Front struts modified for more -ve camber.
Competition pads and goodrich hoses all round, otherwise std brakes.
Car on minimum weight of 790KG post race.
