Introduction!....

Hello all,    I'm new to the site and just thought I'd pop in and introduce myself as I expect we will be communicating a lot in the coming weeks, months and years….

I have been a huge fan of the MK I for, well, all my life since my (cool) uncle showed up his MK I and thrashed it around the back roads of Ireland leaving me in no doubt that this car was the best thing I had ever had the luck to be sat in!

Since then, I was hooked….. have owned nearly 20 to date and currently looking at another one (or two!!!  ) I have restored quite a few to practically new, I'll post some pics soon for those who are interested.

I'm probably rambling now, looking forward to see the work that eveyone has done on their own "babies"…..

I'll leave it there for now and catch up with you all in a bit.
