Hello from the Hypermonkey

Hello to you all :D

I've been a VW nut for a few years but wandered into the draw of Japanese metal (Scooby Terzo) and Italian curves (Fiat coop 20vT LE) but now am the proud owner of a MK3 16v breathed upon by AmD and Storm Developments….and also a fantastic Mk1 GTI trackday car.

I'm just outside of Reading. Storm have been fantastic with the MK3…not had the Mk1 to them as am trying to do everything but internals myself

I'm going to try to get to the Berks meet at the Jekyll and Hyde this month in the Mk1…but only if it's dry as have him covered and it's a massive hassle if pouring it down :banghead:

Quality!

Would love to have Storm to "fettle" my cabby but don't think my budgets would stretch to it! Has it been expensive?

It's really good to see they're getting more and more well known, mentioned in Golf + now every month!

I have the same issues with taking my cabby out…but sadly because there's huge gaps in the hood and "soggy-cabby-arse" is not a nice sensation!

Look forward to meeting you and the cars!

Michael

Found them by chance…I was at massimo autostyling and they had just opened up shop so they looked after my New Bug and now teh Mk1 and 3.
They've done the cam services, new pedal box (heavy clutch caused the pedal to crack the pedal welds   ((my excuse)) ) and full suspension on the Mk3…and they always have plenty of time for you and their prices are VERY reasonable :D

Will keep an eye out for you as well   8)
