Hello All

Hi im Dave from South Lincs.  Im 23 and looking to own my first mk1!  Ive been looking around for a while now and ive missed out on a couple of really nice examples.  Id like a 20vt converted tintop thats already had its tlc and just needs keeping up to its standard.
My current dailys are a mk4 gttdi150 and a yamhaha thundercat.

Hopefully I will find the right car soon and become an established member!

daniel - I would have liked to have been able to do my own project but I don't have the tools, knowhow or time really.  Hopefully I will pick up a near show condition 20vt that I can just pamper!

Very nice MalC but its not the one for me, not too keen on white…

Just wondering if anyone knows anything about the mk1 for sale on PH at the min?  Its a red 16vT tintop running 307hp up for 9k

No problem mate, good luck with search. The one you are referring to is a hybrid I think - a 2.0 16v with a turbo fitted not just a standardish install like a 20vt conversion.......307hp would be fun tho
