does any one meet around hertfordshire

HI was wondering if there were any meets around hertforshire just got my mk1 and would be good to meet up with like minded people. 8)

Whereabouts in Herts are you?

If you're near the Essex border you could come and join in with Essex Region. We meet once a month in Chelmsford, and are hopefully going to have a club stand at the car show in Bishops Stortford on Sep 24th.

(Kind of Essex Region on tour!)  

Our next meet will be at the end of August.

i've got a mk1 cab with a mk2 gti 16v lump in it and lots of other bits, big brakes etc yeah luton not to far when do you meet up?

We just had our july meet at Volksfest (North Weald) last Sunday, so our next meet won't be till end of August unfortunately.

I live in Herts around hertford, ware and stevenage area. Drive a metallic blue Y reg driver.

Ive seen a couple of Mk1s around including a blue cabby in ware, brown GX/GL(?lots of chrome twin lights and sadly a big dented front right wing) also in ware. And I saw a red tintop driving along A602 towards watton a couple of weeks back. Were any of those you?

Ive been wanting to meet up with some other folks round here since i got my car 2 months ago but have never got round to posting.

I'm definatley going to Gaydon but probably only for one day. If theres a convoy heading over from herts/essex let me know.

Oh and if Dan doenst mind me highjacking his thread a big hello to everyone from me too, seeing as ive yet to introduce myself. Great site.

You can just come down for the Ace Cafe meet every last tuesday of the month at Park Royal just off the A406 just pass wembley.
