Benji - Cheers mate. Fortunatly the car was recently sprayed when I bought her so the  smoothing tail gate was done then, So I musn't take any credit for it. It does look cool tho.

I changed the rear clusters on her this morning so if anyone wants a set of half red/clear crystal rears then give me a shout, Pratically brand new put them on 3mnths ago and only driven the car twice since then .  

looks good. not sure i have seen a twin headlight grill with all crystal lights- interesting look.

i think it would benefit from a black surround on the tailagate and the additional black strip to go with your other decals.  :dontknow:

do you get any trouble with your german style number plates?

just noticed your semi colour coded bumpers.  your car really is unique!

are they off a mk1 snd then just altered?

Hi Andrew, I've had no problems with the law around this way with my german plates but I've read in a couple of mags that the police are starting to get hot on them so I'm expecting to get stopped this summer

As anyone on here ever been pulled due to german plates? If so what happend?

I am ?30.00 less well off from our local Police Force . Wrote me a ticket out on the spot for illegal plates . I wont use them again on public roads but may stick them on if i am at a show . If they were Polish i would not have been stopped as Polish motors up here are rife [due to local workers ] 8O

The bumpers were just colour coded when the car had the re-spray but I am going to replace them pretty soon with the standard all black the way it should be. Any chance of getting a look at some of your Mk1's? Shane

Hi Chudd That's abit of a bummer mate. A ?30 fine does seem harsh. I agree I see quite a few POL & LTH plates too and it does make me wonder. Perhaps thats the answer….. Change the D to POL  

And dont worry chrissi i'd be going anywhere near ur boy I wouldnt want me baby to get jealous
