(Not quite) Golf GTI Virgin
Hello everyone
Just lost the use of a company car so bought myself a 1981 GTI as a daily driver 8O . I'll be honest: it's a bit of a shed but is great fun to drive and represents, I believe, what old Golfs are all about - reliability, fun and bugger the rust… I've described myself as a "not quite virgin" because years ago I had a 1979 version which was even worse than this one. Hopefully I won't need to troube the tecnophobes too much 8) , but I'll keep you posted. Best regards, Owain.
