1983 vw golf 1.6gl

hi,
    I has a issue with my pie burg 1b and ended up sending to the uk to be refurbished.well after that the double senses did not work and after searching found one but I don't know where it is assembled .The choke has two outlets does it fit on one of these or part of the heating system.No diagrams are available on the internet, can someone provide a assembly for this.Thanks
