Ryan MK 1 setting up my 1.8.8V

I have a 1.8 8V injection (92 Sportline)

I'm looking for somebody local to me to help set it up properly!

It's a bit slow to start from cold. I have checked all the usual things, but still slow from cold

Also, I have a K&N I would like to put in, but it's really lumpy when it's in I think I need somebody to set up the air & fuel mixture.

Can anybody help or recommend somebody local to me (Lancashire, Burnley)

I'm willing to travel if I need to. 

if it runs fine after engine is warm, then sounds like warm up regulator, it gives more fuel whilst cold to help starting.
Removing that and checking if you have any debris in the filter gauze and cleaning with brake cleaner may help.

To remove is 2 bolts and then the 2 pipes, the fuel pipes are different sizes and banjo bolts will only go in one way.
