G60 in Mk1 rad & intercooler advise needed

I am struggling to find examples of where people have a G60 with a decent cooling setup so would love to see what people have done and where to buy the right kit.

I have a 4 headlight setup which might be making my life impossible, so I'm not adverse to binning them off if needed.
I can't seem to find knowledgeable suppliers but I imagine this has been done many times!

Any help is appreciated so I can get my little beastie on the road!

Not cheap but pretty much a compact turn key solution.

When I changed to a BBS twin screw charger I ditched the spots and got my file out to squeeze a custom intercooler with an upside down mk3 golf alloy radiator behind it - all very tight though.

That's great as I had spotted this and your comments confirm it.

And you had a 4 headlight grille setup in yours?

(Also, did you have to relocate/trim the battery holder tray?)

Yea, it's no wider than the original rad. I did have quad lights with it fitted for a while. Battery left in the original place as well.

If you ditch the spotlights you could use a g60 corrado radiator with a merc sprinter intercooler.
Worked on my old g60 cabby pretty well, its a tight squeeze though.

As above I have g60 corrado rad and merc sprinter intercooler . Got rid of twin headlamps
