I went to the show on the 13th ( advertised as a Golf GTI show )
- great show for all air cooled motors - waste of time for mk1 enthusiast.

Stansted Show was on 12th, not advertised as a golf gti show.   Gti Spring Festival was on the 13th.

Where was the show you went to - maybe you went to the wrong one?

I'm so sorry that you came to our show on Saturday and were disappointed.

I can only imagine that you're thinking about the wrong show?? As has been mentioned, GTI spring festival was on at Santa Pod on Sunday.

Ours was advertised as an all types show, Air and Water, oldest to newest.

Where did you see it advertised? Maybe it was on a GTI forum and someone had given the wrong idea?

Could you post a link up for me if it was on a website somewhere, just so I can check out what happened for you to have the wrong impression.

Nope, my mistake.
When I printed from the events calendar, it printed Herts Insurance Golf GTI ad at the top
 
But like I said great show with air cooleed motors

Oohh Herts Insurance are our main sponsors.

Still I'm glad you thought the show was ok anyway  

Hoping to get a bit more to attract the watercooled world. Not very successful getting watercooled traders so far
