Stoner park 1st june 2008

i am organizing the club stand for this event one of the biggest in the area (not that thers many) i am looking at booking 12 car spaces and hoping to get the full range on the stand from early upto a late cab paid up members will be given priority (as per club poliocy) and any spare places may be taken up by other forum users.

Havent been for a few years since my air cooled days

Its in the calander now, so likewise if i can be of any help please let me know.. I'm only 20 mins down the road from it as well

cheers for making this Thread  a sticky just got an email back from the organizers need to confirm numbers in march so anyione interested in being on the stand please post here so i can get an idea of numbers

What we are trying to do is to make them stickey to raise awareness, and get people talking. make it an announcement say 2 -3 months before, numbers and cars confirmed, and then take all off after the event has happened and let it drop down the list for reference.

We plan to work roughly 3 months infront of the event, and see how it goes, although historically people only tend to be interested 2 weeks before ! :roll:

ive never been to stonor park before so i dont really know what to expect but im up for it anyway

Never been to Stonor before. but put me down for a place on the club stand with my s1.

Oh Yeah put me on the stand too i might even camp there the night before such a wicked place to chill out.

pencil me in will confirm sooner the time, will be staying up the road as per usuall, hopefully brilliant weather - missed this last year.

I'll be going this one. Not been before and its probley the nearest show to me. Hopefully will have a car ready by then.
