I'll be there, going up in the Golf with my mate (he is taking his retro Carina too).

You parking in the display area or just the car park? Hoping we can just drive in..?

I have booked 10 club for the berkshire guys & it looks like I might have spares.  

James have you got a club stand in the display area for the 10 of your berkshire guys, could you see if you could get another 5-10? hoping to bring a small convoy from southwest up

Rich, yeah I've booked 10 club passes. It's to late to add anymore pass as they are Pre print & going to be sent out next week.  There might be some spare as its been a bit quiet for Berkshire guy wanting them. 

Brill, yeah went online yesterday and noticed club area pass request had finished :-(, just a bit too late on this one, i might try and contact them, and see if in principal they would let a few more on our stand area if we can fit and ok with you?

Are they quite strict there or if we have space would they let a few mk1's onto our club area if they didnt have pass?

James, once you know let me know how many spare passes you may have.

I have emailed retro to see if we can have a little bit bigger space, and if the guys on the gate can just let the line of mk1's to the display area ;-)

I've given them until the end of to say if they want one.

cool thanks mate, i spoke to one of the organisers and we cant get any more club display passes so we will sort something with a combination of using spare passes if there is some, and then the rest can park in retro camping all together

I don't mind leaving car at home and coming up as passenger if passes are limited

James, look like im not gona be able to make it   , but i have put a message up in my other thread, so when i get passes in post from you i can send to others it if theres time, i will def make it next year as ive heard its a great event
