haha that was my gfs favorite car of the show. prob jus coz of the colour but who knos!

i came over to the mk1 owners stand but every1 was millin about lookin at the cars didnt wana walk up ask sum1 an go nah tht aint mine an feel like a tool!

if any1 saw me i was the big dude with the huge stretchers lol

A few of us wondered where you were, kept expecting to see someone wearing a grin like a cheshire cat after buying your first mk1   .  If you want to find out where the owners are next time, just lift the wiper blades of all the mk1's and leave em flapping in the wind, it usually creates a welcoming commitee  :lmao: .

We had quite a few people looking round the cars, as well as us checking out each others, so couldn't really say if I noticed you….but I was hoping to meet you and go look at your new mk1  :wink:

i saw urs an i think its justins car with the roll cage in!.

mine was in the multi story didnt realise till i walked down that you could park outside the place!

you will see it soon enough!

on the way bk from pickin it up in lincoln i saw another mk1 a girl mite hav bin drivin or a very femanine guy they flashed(lights) an waved im jus wave bk lookin confused. 2 hour drive with a perminant grin mate!

If so it was a really sweet car, BUT it said on the ticket that it was a swallow tail but I didnt notice the swallow tail rear panel?? Did anyone get a pic of it or remember if it was??

Ignore me just seen topoftheranges pics and it was a swallowtail! I blame the lighting there it was doing my head in!!!

I did see you then Danny! but never realised it was you! heres a pic of me in my cab taken by one of the lads from the VR6OC un benown to me i might add! looks 8)  though and it sits a lot lower with me in it!

yeah you cant see im 6 foot tall 17 stone and got an 18 inch neck and 17 inch arms in that photo

how could you tell from the foto your 6 ft? you could have no legs an drive the car with paddles for all i kno!
