NEW SHOW DUBDAYZ SUMMER FEST 2008 MIDLANDS

a little more about the show

firstly our club

www.dubdayz.com was formed 2 years ago by a few vee dubbers around the midlands area, we now have a great following of members (200+) and have all become very good friends, we are a club for both water and air cooled vw's

the show

we were offered this superb location for the show a while back and we decided we couldn't turn the offer down as there aren't many mixed vw shows located in our area, it would be a great chance for dubdayz to get known on the vw scene and we could offer a new vw show with maybe something a little different to the norm

the location for the show

MFN is a pub/nightclub set in 8 acres of land 5 mins from junction 26 of the m1, they already run several bike weekend shows throughout the year and now it time for us to to hold our vw show for the entire weekend
we have cotrol of the whole mfn site from friday to monday this means the pub will be open also the stage area will be set for bands dj's ect (the club itself holds up to 800 people)

how many shows do you go to with a onsite pub

camping

we wanted to turn this show into a weekend event so we are able to offer camping for the whole weekend in our large camping section right next to the show ground

traders

we have been able to invite all traders for FREE (please contact us if interested) this means we will have a very good verity of water and air cooled stands all trading till around 11pm

club stands

we are inviting clubs at a discounted rate to our normal pre booking price

if you are interested in having a club stand please contant us on the number provided asap
prices are ?8.50 per car and driver for the whole weekend PRE BOOK ONLY maximum of 15 cars per stand

activities

most of these are listed on our flyer but there will be lots more, we will have plenty on for the whole weekend to keep you or the family entertained

show and shine

we are wanting a great show and shine section in the show, we already have several entries so please ring to reserve your space
it isnt going to be concours we want to attract all sorts of vw's from daily drives to show cars (LOTS OF PRIZES UP FOR GRABS)

Tis a shame mate, its the clubs weekend……
If it wasnt for that I'd be coming to yours, looks good especially for my camper
