Was just thinking that !!!

Having it in November at least shortens the long wait till next years season, I'm thinking of going to this one .

We were finalising plans last week at the venue, it is a fantastic place!

All cars will be on tarmac, bars and food inside, and traders under cover around pitch…

is this a weekend or just a one day event? would love to go but oxford is a bit far for a one day event.

official show day is only sun, but lots coming down on sat, and we'll have a bar open for refeshments  :wink:

hotel is on stadium grounds

early days yet, but we poss having pre-show party too sat night

Tenting facilities i hope??  :twisted:

i wont be taking my golf i know the area the football ground and the facilities been there many times, local boy oxford utd supporter!

We'll post camp site details, but in Nov??? rather you than me!  

P.S. there will be 24hr security on site.

 ive watched Ray Mears.. i know how to live off the land (rat burger vans)  .. and im after an excuse to try out my hypa-tastic-thermal sleeping bag!!

 ..may be fun trying to bash my tent pegs thru the tarmac in the carpark.

OXFORD EDITION SHOW UPDATE!!!!

The legendary Danny Smith and Steve Bush (the original Oxford Edition) will be the Show 'n' Shine judges on the day….along with a very special guest, Yarrow Thorne (http://yarrowsport.com/index.html) who's flying in from the USA just for the show!! (he's also bringing his crew!!)

The raffle will be second to none…..with 3 amazing prizes!

• An all expenses trip for 2 to next years H20 including flights/hotel etc.
• An all expenses trip to Wothersee '08 again including flights/hotel etc.
• A fully fitted air-ride system tailor made to your Audi or VW from        Rayvern Hydraulics!!

We're turning the Show 'n' Shine on its head and only presenting 10 trophies on the day. We'll announce catergories soon, but rest assured, they will be something for everyone!

We have a stunning marble floored indoor showroom and 10 of the very best ever will be on display for all to see.

We have some very very special guest 'hosts' for the day too……you're gonna love em!!

French mag VW Power have told us they will be arriving in force….modified French cars are a rare sight on these shores so i cant wait to see what they bring.

Retro Rides are also putting together a must see display of the weird and wonderful.

As well as masses of club displays…..show cars…..(limited space left for club displays now!)

CHILDREN?S ACTIVITY CENTRE ? JAMBORAY

An indoor activities centre for children aged 0-10years, including:
1.   Discovery Zone  A revolutionary water play structure and a giant sand pit in a fishing boat.
2.   Play and Bounce Zone A soft play structure for 3-10year olds including rope bridges, slides, climbing walls, tumble towers, ball pits and trampolines.
3.   Sports Zone A football pitch and basketball court.
4.   Toddler Zone Soft play for under 3years with tunnels, slides, soft toys, climbing and swings.
5.   Lets Pretend Zone Dressing up, play houses,shops,train stations etc.

CASHPOINT MACHINES

There are cashpoint machines inside the Vue cinema complex, on the wall outside Frankie and Jerrys restaurant and one in the Holiday


The stadium will be open to us from Sat midday, so feel free to turn up the day before and set-up/chill/be nosey!
