Gaydon update & Camping Poll

OK, Gaydon is only 4 weeks away now (PANIC!!) Kidding!!

You may recall plans of the 'Its a Knockout.' on the Saturday. You may also recall suggestion that ALL regions put together a game for us all to compete in?

So, Regional 'massives' - Need to know your suggestions, can be anything you like but must be suited to all ages and between you all, you will need to bring the props/kit for your activities.

Ref Camping, numbers WILL be limited. Not 100% sure yet but may be 50 max pitches, may be less?

Please vote on poll here if you plan to camp on the Saturday night so we can gauge numbers.

BBQ's will be allowed in designated area, there are shower blocks. Gates are locked at 11.30pm so no entry after then - oh and its all FREE!!! (Assuming you're a member!)

put me down for camping, hopefully green mk1 should be ready ( on-going from febuary )

hopefully my car should be ready if not finished i promised my self mot'd by august 4th (me bday) but if not i'll still be coming just in the astra instead but hell yer!!!!

Is there any restriction on the tent plot size, as I will be coming along with a few friends I was going to bring my big tent which will take up a fair amount of space.

Depends on how many camp! Will be one pitch each for starters, I dont know pitch size so will find out!

to give you an idea its a 12 man tent and takes the space of about 2 mk1s side by side

I'm 100% camping…. how much is it if I haven't paid my membership yet. Doh!

Come on folks! Camping WILL BE LIMITED IN NUMBERS!!!! Wont know til late this week, but don't leave it til last minute, give me an idea of numbers so we can sort.

ALSO!! Still needing every regions feedback on games - wont happen without you! :wink:

Saturday night should be good - just ensuring our 'DJ' is still free - some light entertainment/music, sing along with walt around the BBQ….

Yep, I voted a while back. I suspect there will be people who are planning on camping, but won't vote, though….

Me and the mrs are plannin on camping! I'd quite like to know the pitch size tho, cos altough it's not a huge tent all we've got it is a six man, so may need to make other arrangements if space is gonna be tight!!

Pitch size is about 4 metres wide - that's all I can find out at this stage!

At moment, one pitch per entry ticket/member until we know we have spare as space will be 50 pitches max, maybe less.

I'll be camping, probably just a small two man tent. Would like to bring my big trailer tent, but I'm not putting a tow bar on the back of my mk1!
