Edition 38 MK1OC Stand Special Announcement

Right Guys and Girls. We have been very kindly offered a plot to display MK1s (special treatment!) at Ed38 this weekend. if you are coming and would like your motor on display and you are not displaying elsewhere PM me with details and i will put you on the list.

Does it need to be in good nick, or just a car?

I'll be there on Saturday, but it's not exactly a show car.

does it have to be show standard, mine is close but not 100%

neither is mine but i use it daily! :mrgreen: I cant see a problem with it NOT being Pristine like WALTS! but we drive ours :mrgreen:  :twisted:

right so do i take the above as a yes to me being on the stand

and yes mine is a daily in this condition

6/7 cars sounds alright to me

i will be traveling from london to manchester this weekend as its the end off the school hols and have to take my son back home, i will be in my daily drive, standard mk1 gti cab helios blue, so could spend the saturday at the show if you need to make up numbers for the club stand

Shame Edition 38 couldn't do reduced entry for anyone turning up with there ticket from VW Action who arrives after midday, cos I would love to pop round on the way home but not if I've got to pay full admission prices, it gets too expensive to pay for two shows in a day  

just come to edition 38 instead, gammy

I hope to be there Sunday - but on foot as Mk1 in garage still!

i maybe there on foot too, coming down in simon's g60 cabby unless my car decides to start playing fair tomorrow

What day would this be on the sat or sun as i'll be comming on the sun and would like to put my name down, the car's not by any means show condition but its fairly clean
