Club Stands at Shows

Please read this information before volenteering to put your car on a club stand at any show.

It is important that you are a member of the club i.e Paid member and not just a Forum user.

the reason is - to protect ourselves and others, we have Public Liability Insurance which is in place for your protection and your membership helps pay for this, Activities such as Gaydon in the past and now Billing would not be able to run if we didnt have this cover, it was also used when Peddersgolf did his charity show in Brighton, again this only was possible because we had the correct cover.

Shows have expenditure, i.e printing, stamps, envelopes, Club Banner, Club Flag, this money again comes from you…….. paid members.

A lot of time goes in to preparing a show, This is why it will remain a benefit of paid members. If any non members wish to attend a show the easiest way would be to join the club.

Some shows have limited space and every effort will go to filling the space with members cars, If there is space left then this is not a free for all for Forum users, It will remain members only.
