Bristol Volksfest 6th-8th June

Hey,

I'm wondering if anyone will be attending the Bristol Volksfest this year? and if we have a club stand organised?

From past experience this is an excellent show and usually always good weather! I for one can't wait Smile

I will probably put my car in the show and shine and if we can put it on the club stand Smile which btw, I don't mind organising if that is ok with the club?

No one has asked about Bristol volksfest, As you are a member you are in a position to organise a club stand, However you may have left it too late, as a rule you need to register approximately 3 months before so the organisers can send tickets out etc. . .

If you want to start a thread and see who else is in the area and able to attend, and maybe just get a carpark meet sorted.

It was an absolutely amazing show but a distinct lack of Mk1's!

But what were there were good. Will post some pics up soon.

i went for the whole weekend, got there on friday night and came home very burnt sunday.

Absolutely superb.

Some gorgeous mk1's. Did you see the orange smooth 'ice' one?

Also liked the look of that black turbo mk1 on ebay at the mo.

we took our shar pei pup 'tonka' with us and so had LOADS of attention and it took us ages to walk around.

Entered my car in the daily driver comp but lost. worth a try though!! lol.
