yey tatton park. my local one.

A reasonable static show. Nice if the weather turns out good. Limited space for club stand (10 cars max in 2008), but it was well attended and a friendly show last year.

Where do i sign? missed out last year due to changing engine, all being well should have the gti up running in a few runs, so be well and truly ready for August :pray:  :pray:  :pray:

anyone been before? is it best to pre-order tickets or just turn up at the gate???

I usually just buy a ticket on the day mate, its a good show, nice mix of cars turn up, from real early stuff through to brand new metal, trade stands are good to. out of all the shows this is the one i always try and go to.

I have contacted the Organisers of the show about places on the club stand Have asked them nicely for some more spaces than usual will keep you posted.

Remind them that last year we were all squashed up on our tiny pitch whilst either side of us was empty space where other clubs hadn't shown or shown up or only 1 or 2 cars.

Think we could manage to get 20+ cars to turn up if we had the space?

I have filled in the booking forms and told them we require more spaces than 10 as we are a national club and are all ways over subscribed with members wishing to display their vehicles and have to turn away disappointed members every year.

will see what bounces back.

ok they have confirmed we have a club stand , but not how many cars we can have will let you know if we have managed to get any more than 10 so get your names down  ASAP remember paid members have first places on the club stand ,if we don't fill it with paid members then a 1st come basis will be in place for none paid forum users.
