Hi Guys

Fancy a weekend camping ? bbq and a few beers ? ?     

BRISTOL VOLKSFEST 2011 ! ! !

I have only just realised Gammy has stepped down regarding Events Organiser, and i must say a BIG THANK YOU, for all the gret shows and meets he arranged.

I have put some enquires in regarding Volksfest this year and the stand / camping application needed to be in by 01st May  

Usually we would have to send them a cheque for this, and then we get the passes as Gammy sorted out last year (and what a great show it was!)

However i have asked if there is any way even though we are a few days late if they can reserve us a decent spot and that we pay on arrival (worth the ask i thought)

As soon as i hear back from them i will let you know.

I have provisionally asked for enough space for 25 cars so i wondered if we could get a list of who is in ! and if Bert you might be bringing the BBQ, Gammy if your coming if you have the banner, bunting etc.

So names down please, and i will keep everyone updated as to whether we have a club camping area, or whether we will be in general camping and parking now
