Webber throttle body
Hi all I was wondering is this picture of a standard throttle body for an 83 GTI 1800? Just querying as my car has GTI Engineering badges and was trying to work out if there are any engine mods. :dontknow:

this is an old webber fire breather . they are not available any more but i beliuve u can still get the parts to service them . wont do alot on a std engine , can make it a bit hard to drive around town at low revs etc because of the large butterfly restrictling air flow at low revs. but they do rip if you have a good cam and flowed head at high revs . the mk2 body is the best one ( that ive used , played around with) so far
