Stuck adjustable suspension

Hi All,

My adjustable suspension is stuck solid, does anyone have any good techniques/words of wisdom for getting it loose??

Really want to make the ride more comfortable …………….. Yes I'm getting old!! :p

Assuming coilovers rather than normal type shocks with adjustable spring platforms then give the threads a good clean with the wire brush and a liberal spray of plus gas (make sure to cover your brakes with plastic so you dont contaminate them) leave them to soak while you have a brew then spray them again above and below the nuts and get a pair of c spanners on there (one alone wont work properly), i would avoid using heat at all and if you still cant get them off its time to see if you can buy new nuts from the supplier
