Steffan bcw 14's

hi guys,
wanna buy a set of steffan bcw 14's. im not sure what rim width or offset your allowed legally? if my wheels stick out can i get pulled over? the size i wanted to get was:
front 8 (et6 or 15 not sure)
back 9 (et10 , et15 or et20 not sure )

There are 7 as well with offset of et15 and et24
i wanted to get that wide look with wider wheels on the back . so if someone could help me that would be great.

I think your best bet would be 7x14s on the front ET24, and ET15 8x 14s on the back as this will give you that wide look without the legality issues.  Some one on here with similar dimensions to their wheels should be able to confirm this though 8)  8)

this is the one i have seen and want the same look
it has
14x8 front (et15/ et6)
14x9 back (et20/et15/et10)
i dont know the offsets ,if someone can tell by looking what they are?
would i get away being pulled over with these?
