Pictures on weber adaptor??

Hello!

I will use a weber 32/36 dgav on my original 1,6 intake for my scirocco -1976 and would gladly see how you have done your adapters? Aluminum? Iron? Thickness?

I have made myself a adapter plate for a while ago now and thought I would post the results here in case anyone else is
looking for inspiration to build a plate for themselves!

I used a 10mm aluminum piece anyway, a clear advantage is to have access to large drills! Otherwise there is no problem

It's made to fit the intake manifold on a regular 1.6 carbureted engine like EM,FN…
And the Weber I made the plate to is a 32/36 DGAV from a Ford Granada from 1982.




The plate on the intake manifold, as you see, you have to remove some matrial in the holes on the intake.
